The State Regulation of the Hotel and Restaurant Business in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic

The axiom of present is that Ukraine has a very difficult situation in the sphere hotel and restaurant business caused by COVID-19 pandemic. This developed not only due to underdevelopment this sphere, also because significant shortcomings system State regulation entrepreneurial activity pandemic, which makes issue topical scientific problem. publication aimed at analyzing extant status operation under quarantine restrictions, as well developing proposals for providing support entities order minimize losses during Theoretical methodological grounds research are basic principles development crisis, works Ukrainian scholars. following methods were used course research: logical-juristic (to analyze legislation on measures connection with pandemic); systematization (defining forms aid); hypotheses assumptions (in preparation further provision business).
